A group of nurses demonstrating in a viral video were heard saying that non-payment of salary has forced them to ‘sell their bodies’ for money.
They are hence appealing to the government to pay them arrears of salaries owed because they are tired of selling their bodies for money to survive.
“We are very tired, we need our money. The selling of our bodies to men for money has become too much. We need our money. We worked for our money and we have the right to demand for our money”, the leader of the group was heard saying bitterly
