Ghanaian dancehall/reggae artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, well known as Shatta Wale, has bragged about how expensive he is.
Speaking in a recent interview with Dave Hammer on Hello FM, the ‘Gringo’ composer opened up on why he has not endorsed any political party in the country.
He indicated that he doesn’t have the desire to make his choice known publicly, because he has a lot of godfathers who are active politicians.
On top of this, Shatta Wale stated that these political parties cannot pay him for endorsements.
“If they want to convince me to do it, they have to come to my terms… Political parties are not my type of thing…I so expensive for a political party; they can’t pay me….if they want to approach me; it’s going to be a very difficult thing. If they want to convince me to do it they have to come to my terms but it’s not my thing,” he said
