A Ghanaian landlord who reside in Hohoe – Volta Region has been sentenced for renting his building out to a tenant without a toilet facility…
The prosecutor, Mr Frank Azilar-Gbettor said the convict was a house owner and rented it to five tenants.

The court which was presided over by Madam Dzormeku Lucy Edith said the convict’s explanation can’t free him from the charge..
He is thereby charged with a fine of GH¢1,200.00 and also asked to pay GH¢500.00 to the Hohoe Municipal Assembly as compensation or serve six months in prison in default of payment.
