Kindergarten, Primary, JHS 1 and SHS1 to reopen in January 2021 – Akufo-Addo
President Nana Addo-Dankwah Akufo-Addo in his address to the nation on August 30th 2020 announced that Kindergarten, primary, Jhs 1 and SHS1 will reopen school in 2021.
He said preparations are being made and discussions with the necessary stakeholders are being held so as to not worse our cases when it’s resumed.
The president said this in his 16th address to the nation on measures taken so far to curb the COVID-19.
Akufo-Addo said that the all second-year Junior High and Senior High school students will resume to class on 5th October 2020.
He added that the second year JHS/SHS students will be in school for 10 weeks to complete their academic work and write their terminal exams.
